SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board)
SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) yoga provides a mindful experience by allowing students to carefully examine yoga form, focus, and balance while adjusting to the instability of uncontrollable surrounding water conditions. The floating mats (paddle boards) are anchored in semi-shallow water, and the yoga studio is wide open (never know what you will receive)! Click on date to register for the month of June.
