SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board)  Yoga with Leah at SUP YO 

SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga provides a mindful experience by enabling students to carefully examine yoga form, focus, and balance while adjusting to the instability of uncontrollable water conditions surrounding them.  The floating mats (paddle boards) are anchored in semi-shallow water, and the yoga studio is wide open (never know what you will receive)! SUP Yoga allows students the ability to go deeper within, regardless of the external environment.
